The tea can be assembled in a large salad bowl or even a clean plastic tub of some kind. Starting with the first ingredient add each ingredient, one at a time, and mix it in thoroughly before adding the next. Make sure that each person literally has a hand in this process since it brings magic to the mix by the healing energies that are visualized by the person when they are mixing the herbs together.
This blend can be used by both women and men and children as young as three years seem to have no problem with it.
Store the tea in clean jars, use old mayonnaise
jars, or canning jars would be nice.
Make sure that everyone takes home a share
of this tea. Use it each day of the winter season to insure health and
to bolster the immune system during the time of year that so often brings
the flu bug.
| Clean bottles with corks for bottling
-
(Try to use interesting shapes or wine bottles) |
| Good Apple Cider vinegar -
(Not apple cider flavored, use the real stuff) |
| A selection of your favorite herbs: |
| Tarragon, Basil, Parsley, Dill, Oregano, almost any herb will do. |
| Self-stick labels (get these almost anywhere) |
To Assemble:
Place a generous amount of herbs in each
bottle, mix some of them for variety.
Place a small funnel in the neck of the
bottle and fill slowly, covering the herbs and leaving enough space for
the cork to fit inside snuggly. Place the corks in the neck of the
bottle and label each one with a date, what herbs are in the bottle, and
you could put a small blurb about what it can be used for if you are going
to use these as gifts.
