When
the time is right and all the work has been done close the circle and end
the nights work. Share a glass of wine and some cakes to honor the
Lord and the Lady of the Circle.
Keep
the nights work fresh in your mind by keeping a working record each time
and that way you can go back to it to keep track of the work you have done
and when. Each rite usually has a theme to the general work and this
changes as needed. Be flexible and let yourself enjoy the experience.
Leave room for spontaneity invite someone to work with you and share what
things you do.
Plan
a quiet time to share coffee and cake or anything you might like,
in order to allow a flow of conversation about the work that has been done.
Find out how each person felt during the work and if they might like to
change something the next time. If you are working with a structured
group that allows a change in the person who is crafting the main power
for the ceremony, try taking turns for each person to lead. It is
a learning experience believe me.
