Comments: Very informative site. I was interested in the Wiccan religion when I was in my late teens/early 20's but there was little to no info anywhere in our small town. My oldest daughter (17) came to me last summer wanting to know how I felt about her exploring pagan ways, particularly witchcraft. Much to her amazement, I pulled out all of my books that I have on the subject and told her that I also was still interested. Since then, both of my daughters and I have been studying/practicing solitary witchcraft. Because this is such a small and narrow minded town, we are still in the (broom) closet! Comments: I have been home on college break and throughout my college career I have been faced with the pressure of choosing which reliegn I am suppose to believe in. I live in the bible belt and have this issue pushed on me every day. I find that parts of all releigns are good but not one particular faith really suites my overall belief that all releigns are correct but only for those that believe in the given faith. A freind back home in connecticut has talked to me about Wicca and I not only feel that wicca is the best representation of my ideas and beliefs but it is the one faith that doesn't use a threat to keep it's members in good graces. I am very interested in what Wicca has to offer and feel that it is a way of life that I have led all my life.

I began to think about Christianity and what it is supposed to mean and what it actually does mean - they're very different meanings. I read an article yesterday about wiccan beliefs, and they were similar to a few of Christian beliefs. They however seemed to actually hold within the religion of Paganism. I am glad you liked the site and am sorry that you feel the way you do. In no way did we ever mean to give the impression that our way was the "only way". The statement you are referring to was put there to let people know that we didn't want to be preached at. We always welcome people of other faiths.
