Before using any plant you should familiarize yourself with those which are potentially dangerous.  Please take a moment to read the Dangerous Plant chart. This chart will be added to as time permits, it is by no means a complete listing.

We can help ourselves to achieve a better level of health and emotional balance by the use of herbs and other plants in a process called aromatherapy.
This can be done by the direct inhalation of volatile oils. Fresh or dried plants, incense, bath salts and candles are just a few of the ways to employ aromatherapy.
Think about it, what memories do have that are tied to a smell?  Fresh bread coming out of the oven reminds me of my grandmother, raspberries remind me of a camping trip when I was quite young. Sometimes, the memories are memories of some of the first memorable things that happened to you.
Thru-out the ages people have used "smell" to ease and help them. To that end we have tried to furnish you with a workable list of plants and "aromas" to help you. Please use them sensibly.
